Job summary

Davidlloyd Coventry is seeking a dedicated Gym Supervisor to oversee all gym activities and deliver a premium member experience daily, seven days a week. You will also coordinate our Personal Training Team and participate in delivering Personal Training and fitness classes.

The role supports an inclusive culture and requires a passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and experience in the fitness industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply
• Passionate about health and fitness
• Able to support and inspire members to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the fitness industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space to ensure a fabulous member experience
• Manage the Personal Training Team and assist in coordinating classes
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and group fitness classes when required
• Be an active part of the gym team and uphold high service standards

About you :

As Gym Supervisor :

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
