Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Gym Supervisor to monitor gym activities and deliver outstanding member experiences seven days a week.

This role also oversees the Personal Training Team and may include delivering Personal Training sessions and a range of classes to members.

Qualifications

• Must hold minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role.
• Passion for health and fitness with ability to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Customer service orientation and member-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space and ensure members have a fabulous experience every day.
• Manage our Personal Training Team and contribute as part of the gym team.
• Deliver Personal Training sessions and our class offerings when required.

As Gym Supervisor, y ou will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week .

This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes .

As Gym Supervisor :

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service.
