Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Gym Supervisor in the United Kingdom to monitor gym activities and ensure a top-tier member experience seven days a week.

You will manage the Personal Training team while remaining an active part of the gym team. The role may include delivering Personal Training and our diverse class offering, aligned with our premium wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all gym activities and ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Lead the Personal Training team and actively support the gym team.
• Deliver Personal Training and/or group classes when required.

As Gym Supervisor, y ou will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week .

This is a combined role where you will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes .

As Gym Supervisor :

• Please be aware , you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
• You will have a passionate about health and fitness and able to support and inspire our members achieve their goals .
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Have a passion about customer service."
