Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in Coventry is seeking a Gym Supervisor to monitor gym activity and deliver a superb member experience daily. You will also manage our Personal Training team and contribute to class delivery when needed.

The role requires CIMSPA Level 3 certification and a passion for health and fitness, with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a hands-on club role with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply.
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Previous experience within the fitness industry.
• Customer service focus and personable approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym activities and deliver a fabulous member experience.
• Lead and manage the Personal Training team.
• Optionally deliver Personal Training and classes when required.

As Gym Supervisor, you will monitor all activities that take place in the gym space and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes. • As Gym Supervisor: Please be aware, you must hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA to apply for this role
