Job summary

David-Lloyd Clubs in Cambridge is seeking a proactive Gym Supervisor to oversee all gym space activities and ensure a superb member experience seven days a week. In this combined role you will lead our Personal Training team and stay hands-on with the gym floor, with the option to deliver Personal Training sessions and classes.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification, bring enthusiasm for health and fitness, and excel in communication and customer service as part of a welcoming

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all activities in the gym space and ensure a fabulous member experience.
• Manage our Personal Training Team and be an active part of the gym team.
• Deliver Personal Training and our classes where appropriate.
• Contribute to creating a thriving and inclusive club culture.
