Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Ltd in Coventry is seeking a motivated Personal Trainer to deliver high quality training sessions and programming plans for our members in the club environment. You will support members to reach their goals and help grow your client base with our induction program.

You will have access to ongoing CDP courses and a benefits suite, including family club membership and staff perks. Join a leading premium health and wellness group that values inclusivity and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 CIMSPA.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality Personal Training sessions and programming plans.
• Guide members in the gym to help them achieve goals.

We are on the look out for a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team! As a Personal Trainer you will deliver high quality Personal Training sessions, including programming plans and guiding our members in the gym environment to support them to achieve their goals.We will support growing your client base with a 3 day PT induction and continue growing your passion within health and fitness through our CDP courses. • 50% net revenue and £5 on top when you run your 16th session each week. (minimum £16.00 per session and £21 per session from your 16th, weekly)
• Flexible working hours - You choose when you are available for 121 training sessions. (minimum 25 hours a week)
