David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Cambridge is seeking a part-time Gym Supervisor to ensure an exceptional gym experience for members seven days a week.

You will oversee the Personal Training team, coordinate classes, and also have opportunities to deliver Personal Training sessions, contributing to a vibrant and inclusive fitness community.

Qualifications

• As CIMSPA Level 3 is required.
• Passion for health and fitness and ability to inspire members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in the fitness industry.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym activities and ensure members have a fabulous experience every day.
• Lead and support the Personal Training team.
• Deliver Personal Training and group classes as needed.
• Help foster an inclusive, thriving gym culture.
