Prospero Teaching is seeking Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in South Manchester schools on a flexible supply basis. You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, contribute to engaging activities and help deliver interventions across EYFS to KS2.

An enhanced DBS certificate is required or willingness to obtain one, with safeguarding responsibilities aligned to KCSIE. The role offers exposure in SEN support, working within a team of supportive colleagues, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and/or qualifications in a TA or SEN support role.
• Experience supporting pupils across EYFS/ KS1/ KS2 is desirable.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
• Reflective, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate and safeguarding responsibilities per KCSIE.

Responsabilités

• Support on a 1:1 or small group basis depending on experience and school requirements.
• Deliver engaging activities and provide individual or group interventions.
• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure pupil progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, CPD and wider school life as required.
