Academics is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support one of our partner colleges in Erdington, B23. The role offers flexible days and locations, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours.

A psychology degree and an Enhanced DBS are preferred, with ongoing training provided. Responsibilities include 1-to-1 SEND sessions, supporting learning and social development, and collaborating with SENDCO and teachers on tailored learning plans.

Qualifikationen

• Must have prior experience supporting children with SEND in a school or similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS with update service.
• Psychology graduates or healthcare background desirable.
• Willingness to complete relevant training when needed.

• Provide engaging 1-to-1 sessions for pupils with SEND.
• Support pupils' learning, communication and social development.
