The Role :
This full-time, term-time role involves working closely with the school’s SEN department to provide targeted academic and emotional support to pupils across Key Stage 4. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them engage with the curriculum, manage their behaviour, and build confidence. You must be empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with young people. A good understanding of SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD, is beneficial, and any previous experience working with children or adolescents—whether in schools, youth work, or voluntary settings—will be a strong advantage.

You’ll be joining a team that values professional development and invests in graduates who want to make a long-term impact in education or psychology.
