Job summary

Academics is seeking a Psychology Graduate to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs school in Gloucester as an SEN Teaching Assistant. The role supports children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH, working one-to-one and in small groups to boost academic progress and emotional wellbeing.

You will collaborate with experienced teachers, implement IEPs, and develop skills in behaviour management and communication. Start ASAP, full-time, £90-£105 per day depending on experience.

• A degree in Psychology (or related subject) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.

• Help implement IEPs and behaviour support strategies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider school team.
