Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to provide diverse psychological care. You will conduct assessments and deliver treatments, supporting clients through telephone, online, and face-to-face sessions.

The role includes supervision, CPD allocation, and potential champion or supervisory responsibilities. The position is based at The Isleworth Centre with two days per week at other London Borough of Hounslow sites, and includes late shifts

Qualifications

• Screening referrals and determining patient suitability.
• Offer a range of treatment options (e.g. guided self-help and group sessions).
• Maintain clinical administration and documentation.
• Liaise with healthcare providers to support onward referrals.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients via telephone, online, and face-to-face sessions.
• Support regular CPD and reflective practice.
• Participate in service improvement projects and supervisory roles.
