West London NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to provide diverse psychological care. You will conduct assessments and deliver treatments, supporting clients through telephone, online, and face-to-face sessions.
The role includes supervision, CPD allocation, and potential champion or supervisory responsibilities. The position is based at The Isleworth Centre with two days per week at other London Borough of Hounslow sites, and includes late shifts
Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 7 x assessments, 19 x treatments. Job plan will also include screening referrals.

You will support the psychological care of clients accessing the service. Clinical duties include:
You will work with clients through a variety of means (telephone, online and face to face)
Opportunities to hold a champion and supervisor role (one-year post qualification)
You will support people from different cultural backgrounds, ages and use interpreters as needed. You will be passionate about providing equal opportunities.
You will work autonomously, following a plan agreed in line management and in accordance with service policies and procedures.
We are committed to supporting you with regular CPD, supervision, daily debrief/duty and weekly safeguarding debriefs.
You will be based in The Isleworth Centre (team base) and other sites in the London Borough of Hounslow at least two days per week.
You will work at least one late shift (12- 8pm, Mon- Thurs).
