Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in PSV or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience in workshop or fleet
• Experience using engineering tools, workshop equipment and diagnostic systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Responsabilidades

• Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on buses, PSVs, vehicles and engineering equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools
• Complete repairs, modifications and upgrades to DVSA and safety standards
• Support fleet reliability through fault finding and technical problem solving
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics and manuals
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate engineering records and inspection reports
• Work with workshop teams, supervisors and operational departments
• Support continuous improvement to improve vehicle reliability and workshop efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and apprentices
