Job summary
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is seeking a Manager - Non-Life Insurance in the Prudential Supervision Division to oversee a diverse portfolio of regulated entities handling £5bn of policyholder assets. The role requires extensive experience in operational, actuarial, compliance, assurance, risk or audit, with deep knowledge of the Non-Life sector and related regulation.

Qualifications
- Extensive industry experience in operational, actuarial, compliance, assurance, risk or audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Non-Life insurance sector, including legislation, regulation and guidance.
- Willingness to work towards a professional qualification in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise over 130 regulated entities within the Prudential Supervision Division.
- Contribute to development of the Isle of Man's financial system, especially Non-Life insurance sector.
- Deliver strategically important supervision work as part of a professional team.
