The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority is seeking a Head of Insurance – Prudential Supervision to lead the regulatory regime for the Island’s insurance sector. You will shape policy, drive supervision delivery and collaborate with colleagues across a high-performing team.

This senior role requires extensive leadership experience in insurance regulation and a professional financial services qualification, with a strong focus on risk management and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in regulatory or audit roles within insurance.
• Deep knowledge of Insurance legislation, guidance and regulatory practices.
• Professional qualification relevant to the financial services industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the regulatory framework for the Island’s insurance sector.
• Lead a strategic, collaborative Prudential Supervision team.
• Drive compliance with AML/CFT and Beneficial Ownership requirements.
