Job summary

Search-Select LTD is recruiting a Head of Insurance in the Isle of Man. This senior role oversees the regulatory framework for the island's insurance sector, including life, general, captive and intermediary insurers, with leadership of the Prudential Supervision Division and related policy teams.

You will drive risk-based supervision, governance, and data quality, shaping strategies, engagement with regulators, industry bodies, and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in insurance supervision or regulatory context.
• Strong CPD evidence and professional development.
• Experience with prudential and conduct supervision.
• Proven ability to develop policy and engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prudential Supervision Division's remit pertaining to insurance supervision and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Lead Insurance Supervision & Policy teams delivering agreed outputs.
• Oversee risk-based prudential and conduct supervision of insurers and groups.
• Develop and lead a high-performing professional team to deliver priorities.
