Job summary

Bedfordshire Local Authority is seeking a PRS Officer to join their lettings team on an initial 3-month interim contract. You’ll work with tenants and landlords across the private rented sector to prevent homelessness and secure suitable accommodation.

You’ll provide tenancy sustainment support, handle rent arrears and benefits issues, build relationships with landlords and letting agents, and assist with rent in advance and deposit guarantee schemes.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working within PRS, Lettings or Resettlement.
• Ability to work in the office, with some travel across the borough.
