Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a PRS Officer in London on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on Private Rented Sector housing management, tenancy and property oversight, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

You will manage a caseload, liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors, and support compliance and record-keeping. We are looking for prior PRS or housing management experience, strong communication skills, and an organised, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous PRS/housing management experience.
• Good understanding of tenancy management and housing legislation is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies within the Private Rented Sector.
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of effective tenancy and property management services.
• Monitor property standards, compliance and tenancy conditions.
• Manage and resolve tenancy-related issues and queries.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance where required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date.
• Support the organisation in delivering a high-quality service to customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
