Job summary

Central Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a PRS Caseworker to support individuals with experiences of homelessness across London. The role offers hybrid work from our King’s Cross office and client home visits, with a focus on finding and sustaining private rented accommodation.

You will conduct strengths-based assessments, co-produce safety and move-on plans, and liaise with landlords to secure suitable housing while coordinating with housing, benefits and health services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strengths-based, person-centred support to people experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
• Experience or understanding of moving people into and sustaining PRS accommodation.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits, financial inclusion and tenancy issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients and provide regular one-to-one support.
• Complete assessments identifying needs, goals and priorities.
• Co-produce personalised support and move-on plans.
• Source suitable PRS accommodation across London and liaise with landlords/agents.
• Support clients to understand tenancy responsibilities and manage bills.
• Build relationships with statutory and voluntary services to coordinate support.
• Assist clients to access education, training, employment and social activities.
