LV= is recruiting for a Protection Claims Assessor to join our Life and Disability claims team. You will assess claims under LV’s Protection products, applying controls to ensure valid payments and clear rationale for decisions.

This permanent role offers hybrid working after training, with some Exeter visits for key events and training. You'll work with supportive colleagues and have access to a broad range of benefits and development opportunities.

Formación

• Life and/or Disability Income Protection claims experience with empathy.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong numerical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess Life and/or Disability claims per procedures, determining benefit level.
• Ensure decisions can be explained and justified to uphold fair standards.
• Comply with regulatory standards while staying updated on medical knowledge for underwriting.
• Correspond with internal and external customers and service providers.
