LV= is seeking Protection Claims Assessors for 12-month fixed-term contracts in the UK. You will assess Life and Disability Income Protection claims, ensuring decisions meet procedures, regulatory standards, and are justifiable to customers and advisers.

Qualifications

• Life and/or Disability Income Protection claims experience.
• Empathetic with strong numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and pay close attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assess Life and/or Disability claims per procedures to determine benefit level.
• Explain and justify decisions to demonstrate fair, consistent standards.
• Comply with regulatory standards while maintaining up-to-date medical knowledge.
• Correspond with internal and external customers and service providers.
