Job summary

Confidential is a well-established financial services business seeking a Protection Administration Adviser to support a busy team near Borehamwood. You will handle warm referrals and guide clients through the protection journey from start to finish.

You’ll work with six Mortgage Advisers, providing advice on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection, while processing applications and ensuring cases progress to completion. Hybrid working post onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience arranging protection policies is essential.
• Experience in high-volume environment such as protection or insurance call centre is advantageous.
• Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients.
• Good knowledge of Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection products.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple cases at different stages.

This is a great opportunity for someone with protection experience looking for a role that combines both administration and advice. • Basic salary of 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
