Job summary

Placing Faces is seeking an experienced Protection Adviser in the UK on a self-employed basis with access to referrals and a backbook. The role involves providing tailored protection advice, building client relationships, and self-generating new business with marketing support.

Offices are attended 1–2 days per week in the Berkshire area and marketing opportunities help build a strong pipeline. Benefits include gym membership, football tickets, team socials and full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on protection products including life insurance, mortgage protection, critical illness cover and income protection.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach.

We are working with a growing, independent mortgage and protection business specialising in supporting sports professionals and other high-earning clients. They are looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to join their team, with access to existing client referrals, an established backbook and marketing opportunities to help build a strong pipeline.

Protection Adviser Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored protection advice to clients.
• Manage referrals from existing mortgage advisers and opportunities from the client backbook.

Experience needed to become a Protection Adviser:

• Previous experience advising on protection products, including life insurance, mortgage protection, critical illness cover and income protection.
