Job summary

Premier Jobs UK Ltd invites applications for a role combining protection administration and advisory work. You’ll pick up warm protection leads from six Mortgage Advisers, advise on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection, and manage cases to completion.

Initially office-based in Borehamwood, the role offers a basic salary of £25,000–£30,000 with a 5% completion fee and up to 15% commission on advised cases, plus internal leads and hybrid flexibility as you

Qualifications

• Experience arranging protection policies is essential.
• Experience in a high-volume environment such as a protection or insurance call centre is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Organisation skills to manage multiple cases at different stages.

Responsibilities

• Handling warm protection leads generated internally by the Mortgage Adviser team
• Advising clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Business Protection
• Managing protection applications from submission through to completion
• Liaising with providers, underwriters and clients to keep cases progressing
• Maintaining accurate and compliant records throughout the customer journey
• Providing a high level of customer service and support throughout the process
