Job summary

Premiere FS Ltd, part of the Mortgage Advice Bureau network, is seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join its growing business. The role is self-employed with a financial retainer and a high-split commission structure, offering uncapped earning potential.

The position allows flexible diary management and can be split between Treorchy, Cardiff hub and home, supported by Mortgage Advice Bureau technology and compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Experience providing regulated protection advice.
• Hold the relevant permissions or competent adviser status.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection.
• Able to convert mortgage-related protection referrals.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially focused mindset.
• Self-motivated with diary management.

Responsibilities

• Providing suitable and compliant protection advice to customers.
• Conducting protection fact-finds and needs assessments.
• Advising on life insurance, critical illness and income protection.
• Following up protection referrals generated by the mortgage team.
• Reviewing the established client bank to identify protection needs.
• Maintaining accurate customer and compliance records.
