Job summary

Just Mortgages SE Group is seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join its established mortgage brokerage on a self-employed basis. You will provide protection advice across Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection and Family Protection, while building your own client bank and leveraging referrals from an existing mortgage operation.

The role offers remote work, uncapped earning potential, and the support of an established brokerage environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in providing protection advice.
• Qualified to advise on protection products.
• Confident dealing with clients via phone, virtual and/or face-to-face.
• Committed to delivering excellent client service and compliant advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality protection advice and tailor recommendations (Life Cover, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Family Protection).
• Develop and manage your own protection client bank.
• Receive protection referrals from an established mortgage business.
• Build strong relationships with clients and introducers; conduct reviews as needed.
• Maintain professional, compliant, and tailored protection consultations.
• Manage your diary and workload with self-employed flexibility; grow via referrals.
