Premiere FS Ltd – Mortgage Advice Bureau is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join its growing business. You will work from Treorchy with support from the Cardiff hub, split between branch visits, the hub and home, and enjoy a retainer plus high commission with uncapped earning potential.

You will handle remortgage, home-moving and other mortgage advice for warm and new enquiries, with an opportunity to grow within a recognized national network.

Qualificações

• CeMAP or equivalent mortgage qualification is required.
• Competent Adviser Status achieved.
• Proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Strong understanding of the residential mortgage market.
• Ability to manage remortgage, purchase and home-moving cases.

Responsabilidades

• Providing suitable, compliant mortgage advice to new and existing customers.
• Managing mortgage cases from initial appointment through to completion.
• Reviewing the established client bank for remortgage, product-transfer and home-moving opportunities.
• Responding promptly to walk-in, telephone and online enquiries.
• Building lasting relationships with customers and generating repeat business.
• Liaising with lenders, administrators and other parties throughout the application process.
• Managing an active pipeline and keeping customers regularly informed.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry to completion.
