Job Title: Protection Adviser

Location:

Remote (Must be UK Based and will require occasional travel into one of our Colchester, Peterborough or Wakefield offices)

Rewards:

Basic salary of £25,000 plus commission OTE £45K - £50K

Hours:

Mon-Fri working three early shifts 9am-6pm and two late shifts 11am-8pm.

Protection Adviser Responsibilities

• Manage customers’ protection applications proactively, maintaining regular contact and delivering excellent customer service.
• Offer protection advice, ideally holding CeMAP 1 qualification (not essential).
• Work effectively independently and within a team.

Main Purpose Of Job

• Retain existing protection policies.
• Minimize lost commission from cancellations.
• Arrange suitable protection policies based on customer needs.
• Proactively identify and fulfill protection needs for customers without current arrangements.
