To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)

What do you need to be good at?

• Engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, establishing needs and wants effectively across various communication channels
• Multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to maximize opportunities and ensure high customer service
• Collaborating with team members to identify referral opportunities
• Proactively seeking new opportunities while maintaining existing relationships to meet KPIs
• Strong on-camera presence to engage audiences and maximize reach

Your Responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generate and maintain client relationships, maximize in-branch opportunities, and thrive in a challenging environment
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team
• Generate your own leads and business
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient client process
• Provide exceptional customer care from start to finish

Working Hours

• Full-time, office-based
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00 with a day off in lieu

The Finer Details

Must hold CeMAP or equivalent qualification. Experience in mortgage and protection advising is essential.

Eligibility requirements include:

• Legal right to work in the UK (passport or birth certificate)
• Proof of address, National Insurance, Full UK Driving Licence
• Subject to passing probation
