Description: Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Hornchurch

To be considered for this role, you must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year
• Fully uncapped commission scheme
• £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience)

What do you need to be good at?

• Engaging with people from all walks of life. You're able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face-to-face, and videos for social channels
• Mastered multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
• Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on all opportunities while ensuring high customer service and engagement
• Collaborating with peers to build relationships and identify referral opportunities
• Taking accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maintaining existing relationships
• Strong presence on camera to engage and maximize reach

Your responsibilities as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business, maximize in-branch opportunities, and thrive in a challenging environment
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client
• Generate your own leads and business
• Collaborate with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance teams, and Divisional Sales Director for efficient client processes
• Provide exceptional client care from start to finish, exceeding customer service expectations

Working Hours

• Full-time office-based role
• Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Essential requirements:

• Hold CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent
• Experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising
