Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Home Based

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

• On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year

• Ability to engage with people from all walks of life and communicate effectively via email, phone, face-to-face, and social channels
• Excellent multitasking and responsibility management skills
• Strong relationship-building with vendors, buyers, and developers
• Collaborative mindset to build internal relationships for referrals
• Proactive in seeking new opportunities and maintaining relationships
• Comfortable in front of a camera to engage audiences

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain client relationships and business growth
• Follow up on in-branch leads and maximize client value
• Generate your own leads and opportunities
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure efficient client service
• Provide exceptional customer care throughout the process

Working Hours

• Full-time, office-based role
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays, 09:00 - 17:00
• Day off in lieu when working a Saturday

Additional Details

Essential requirements include holding a CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent, and experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising.

Applicants must have legal right to work in the UK, with evidence such as a passport or birth certificate, proof of address, National Insurance number, and full UK driving license.

This role is subject to passing a probationary period.
