Prosecutions Lawyer - Staffordshire

Salary: £42,650 - £46,780

Exceptional career opportunity with comprehensive training and development for individuals interested in a career in Prosecutions. We are partnering with a public body offering outstanding opportunities nationwide for Solicitors or Barristers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Post-training, spend 60-80% of your week in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your skills to achieve outcomes.
  2. The remaining time is dedicated to case preparation.
Training & Development:

Includes induction, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, making this career path accessible for lawyers considering a change.

Requirements:
  • Genuine interest in criminal prosecutions.
  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
  • Experience in contentious law is preferred but not essential; candidates from all disciplines interested in learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong decision-making skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
