Prosecutions Lawyer - Birmingham

Salary: £42,320 - £46,780

Responsibilities

1. Following an initial training period, spend most of your time in court prosecuting a broad spectrum of offences and applying your diverse skills to secure effective outcomes.
2. Dedicate remaining time to preparing cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
• Resided in the UK for at least five years.
• Experience in a contentious area of law is preferable but not mandatory; open to lawyers from all disciplines with a desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
