Job summary

Ashby Finance seeks a Technical Lead - Propulsion Integration in Warwick to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams and deliver propulsion system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

You will apply systems engineering to define, integrate and validate propulsion solutions while managing interfaces across vehicle domains, driving risk management and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in propulsion system engineering and multidisciplinary integration.
• Proven project management capability across complex programmes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and delivery of propulsion system software, controls and calibration activities across vehicle programmes.
• Ensure alignment between hardware, software, controls and system requirements to achieve propulsion performance.
• Coordinate software release planning and deployment against programme milestones.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration between controls, calibration, systems, validation and commodity engineering teams.
• Lead propulsion verification and validation activities including MIL, SIL, HIL, vehicle-level testing and sign-offs.
• Support development and validation of torque control, energy management, thermal management and diagnostics.
