Job summary

Apex Recruitment Services is seeking a Technical Lead - Propulsion Integration to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams. You will define, integrate and validate propulsion solutions while managing interfaces across vehicle domains, leading collaboration, programme execution, risk management and engineering excellence to meet performance, cost and timing targets.

Qualifications

Experience in propulsion system engineering across complex programmes.
Proven project management capability and track record.
Strong ownership mindset with problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Proficiency with AGILE JIRA, 3Dx and SAP.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and delivery of propulsion system software, controls and calibration activities across vehicle programmes.
Ensure alignment between hardware, software, controls and system requirements to achieve propulsion performance and vehicle attribute targets.
Coordinate software release planning and deployment against programme milestones.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between controls, calibration, systems, validation and commodity engineering teams.
Lead propulsion verification and validation activities including MIL, SIL, HIL, vehicle-level testing and sign-off events.
