Job summary

2point0 Group in Lincoln is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive adoption of Rent Protection Insurance within existing letting-agent customers. You will identify upsell opportunities, build strong commercial relationships and guide agents to understand and use the product effectively.

The role is hybrid, based in Lincoln with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and involves travel to UK offices occasionally. Strong lettings knowledge and a commercial mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the UK lettings industry.
• Proven sales ability with upsell/cross-sell experience.
• Confident talking on the phone and in person.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility quickly.
• Capable of working autonomously toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Increase adoption and usage of Rent Protection Insurance among existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell insurance.
• Speak regularly with customers by phone and occasionally face-to-face.
• Understand agency operations and show product value.
• Train agency teams to understand and use the product.
• Grow the insurance book and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Onboarding and Insurance teams.
• Proactively spot opportunities and manage a high-volume pipeline.
