M&G plc, a leading UK-based asset management and life & pensions specialist, seeks a Proposition Technical Manager in a hybrid London/Stirling role. You will ensure technical integrity for investments, bonds and trusts, working with proposition, risk, compliance and operations teams to shape compliant, customer-focused propositions.

The role forms part of a broader capability change, requiring strong regulatory and tax knowledge, cross-functional leadership and a hands-on approach to guidance

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory regimes for life products.
• Ability to interpret legislation and guidance for operational impact.
• Experience providing technical input to regulatory change projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert direction on life bonds and trusts, impacting propositions and operations.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and inform stakeholders of changes.
• Lead technical deliverables and cross-functional projects in Proposition Integrity.
