Job summary

M&G is seeking a Proposition Manager to join the Conduct Enablement team within the Long-Standing Propositions area. You will oversee regulatory change implementations, coordinate proposition reviews and manage notifiable events and related changes in life and pensions products.

We’re looking for a seasoned product/commercial manager with life & pensions product experience, strong stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in life & pensions product management and regulatory alignment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and co-ordination of regulatory change implementations.
• Completion of proposition reviews to the risk-based cycle.
• Prioritisation and co-ordination of notifiable events and propositional changes.
