Job summary

Spotify’s Propositions team shapes plans, tiers, and propositions that power hundreds of millions of users. As Manager - Proposition Strategy, you’ll define how Spotify grows by developing affordable, locally relevant propositions and identifying new opportunities that unlock sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building financial models including unit economics and margin analysis.
• Experience in product strategy or corporate strategy.
• Ability to translate complex trade-offs into executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop new proposition opportunities and evolve subscription tiers.
• Own the journey from hypothesis to executive recommendation.
• Build and stress-test business cases with licensing considerations.
• Identify cannibalization across tiers and revenue streams.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Legal, Strategy, Market teams.
• Monitor competitive and macro developments to inform roadmaps.
• Turn analyses into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
