Job summary

Spotify is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy for Premium awareness, acquisition, and activation. You will drive subscriber growth across markets by shipping consumer-facing features and leading cross-functional teams.

You will design rigorous experiments, translate data into roadmaps, and partner with marketing, research, and regional teams to tailor value propositions for diverse markets. Based in London or Stockholm with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product management and shipping consumer-facing products at scale.
• Experience with subscription, marketplace, or media environments desirable.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategy and actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Premium awareness, acquisition, and activation to drive growth.
• Lead discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features from concept to rollout.
• Design and run rigorous A/B tests to validate funnel changes and prioritise experiments.
• Transform funnel, behavioral, and market data into clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, research, design, and regional teams to tailor value propositions for markets.
