Openwork Limited is seeking an experienced Prop osition Manager to join Project Nexus on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based in our Swindon office, with in-office attendance required two days per week.

You will help design, implement and adopt the adviser proposition, collaborating with business experts, product, technology and implementation partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in financial advice processes and propositions.
• End-to-end adviser journeys and firm needs understanding.
• Experience in proposition development or business change.
• Knowledge of adviser CRM, back-office, and operating systems.
• Understanding of financial services regulation and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Act as subject matter expert for financial advice processes and the Nexus proposition.
• Help design and develop the future-state proposition for advisers and clients.
• Work with Product, Technology, Operations and partners to shape adviser journeys and processes.
• Support configuration, testing and implementation of the Nexus operating system.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve adviser and client experiences through technology.
• Support rollout, readiness, training and adoption.
