Qualifications

• Hands-on advice experience in wealth, mortgages or platforms preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge applied, FCA-facing work a plus.
• Experience on large delivery or change programmes in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define new advice processes and the regulatory requirements behind them.
• Shape supporting systems, adviser communications and contractual changes with the programme team.
• Lead the rollout to advisers: explain changes and drive adoption.
• After 6-9 months, travel to regions as rollout widens.
