Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and development of brand-defining propositions to keep customer needs front and centre for Nationwide members.
• Help bring the Customer Strategy to market by developing propositions from concept to reality, including the Benefits Checking Service, Fairer Share, and The Big Nationwide Thank You.
• Collaborate across Nationwide to enable connections and delivery of propositions.
• Attend the Swindon site approximately once per month as part of a hybrid working pattern; maintain two office days per week where applicable.
