Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Proposition Design Manager to join its Customer & Marketing Strategy team. You will lead innovation and proposition development from discovery to implementation for leading brands.

You’ll translate insights, design new products and business models, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across strategy, service design, product design and technology to deliver measurable customer impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading proposition design, innovation, customer strategy, or service design projects.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Experience developing customer propositions, products, services, or business models.
• Ability to rapidly prototype concepts and validate ideas with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience creating go-to-market strategies and growth frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading workstreams, projects, or small teams.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposition design engagements and manage delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including customer interviews, surveys, and market assessments.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights, opportunity areas, and strategic recommendations.
• Design and iterate new products, services, experiences, and business models using hypothesis-driven approaches.
• Create prototypes, customer journeys, value propositions, operating models, and MVP concepts for testing.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, co-creation sessions, and innovation sprints.
• Build trusted client relationships and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, designers, and researchers.
• Collaborate with strategy, service design, product design, and technology teams.
• Support business development and grow proposition design capabilities.
