Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-stage tender experience is required.
• Experience with ECIs and value engineering is beneficial.
• Open-book build-ups and subcontractor procurement experience would help.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial quality submissions, outline methodologies, and preliminary pricing to secure contractor shortlisting.
• Manage the transition phase, coordinating early contractor involvement (ECI), buildability feedback, and value engineering workshops with the client.
• Oversee open-book build-ups, subcontractor package procurement, and final contract sum negotiations to convert the PCSA into a main works contract.
• Run end-to-end bid calendars, lead kick-off meetings, assign deliverables, and ensure compliance with client briefs.
• Interface regularly with estimators, planners, commercial leads, and external supply chains.
