Bimplus is seeking an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the development, coordination and submission of high-quality proposals on high-value projects in London. You will collaborate with operations, commercial and business development to secure opportunities and drive growth.

The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, creating compelling responses, and ensuring compliance with submission criteria while managing tight timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience within a Proposals Coordination, Writing or Management role.
Worked for main contractor.
Proficient in InDesign and other Adobe packages.
Graphic design experience/knowledge.
Excellent written communication and editing skills.
Experience managing multiple bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end tender and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational information.
Develop persuasive, high-quality written responses tailored to client requirements.
Review tender documentation to ensure compliance with all submission criteria.
Create and maintain proposal templates, case studies, and bid library content.
Produce engaging presentation materials and supporting documentation.
Manage bid programmes and ensure all deadlines are achieved.
Conduct post-submission reviews and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop winning bid strategies.
