Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Proposals Manager in Birmingham to lead bid activity on major construction projects. You will coordinate initial quality submissions, outline methodologies, and prepare preliminary pricing and team capability profiles to secure contractor shortlisting.

You will manage the transition phase with ECI, support buildability reviews and value engineering workshops with the client, oversee open-book build-ups and subcontractor package procurement, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Tendering experience and capabilities.
• Two-stage tender exposure preferred.
• ECI coordination and client workshops.
• Value engineering involvement and buildability reviews.
• Ability to manage open-book build-ups and procurement.
• Strong coordination with estimators, planners and commercial leads.

Responsibilities

• Interface regularly with estimators, planners, commercial leads, and external supply chains.
