Trainee Applications/Technical Engineer

The ROLE

Due to the expansion of their European Headquarters, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Trainee Applications Engineer / Technical Engineer to join their team. The role involves supporting rentals of vapour combustion units, incinerators, and flares, focusing on technical support, application solutions, proposal creation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding customer technical requirements
2. Building strong customer relationships
3. Preparing technical and commercial proposals
4. Designing proposals and 'loose fit' configurations
5. Following up on proposals and attending clarification meetings
6. Presenting internally and to customers at their locations
7. Providing internal project support
8. Visiting customer plants, which involves international travel

The successful candidate will be:

1. A well-qualified engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
