Overview

Interaction Technical is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician in Milton Keynes, offering a salary of £34,000 – £35,000 with OTE of £44,500 – £47,000. The role involves working Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, in a modern workshop focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

Identify and resolve vehicle issues, ensuring safety and reliability, and work closely with Service Advisors to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform advanced diagnostics on a variety of vehicles.
2. Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools.
3. Communicate with Service Advisors regarding repair progress.
4. Maintain high standards of workmanship.
5. Ensure work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

1. Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
2. VAG Diagnostic Certification (preferred).
3. Experience in diagnostic or senior technician roles.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Full UK driving license.
